Research

Lily Ernst was the platform's first research assistant. She coordinated and scheduled interviews, prepared written reports and spreadsheets, and handled research tasks as assigned. She is now studying at the University of Georgia.

Administrative support

Rebecca Hill assists with the day-to-day: answering calls, taking messages, scheduling calls and appointments, running errands, and the coordination that keeps the work moving.
